Terms and Conditions

1. Benefits

Kédougou Tourism offers tourist tours, car rental services with driver and accommodation recommendations in the region of Kédougou and Senegal. The services are described on the corresponding pages of the website.

2. Reservation and confirmation

Any reservation is confirmed after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The balance is due 7 days before the departure date. The reservation becomes firm upon receipt of payment of the deposit.

3. Rates

The prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (€) and include the services mentioned in each offer. International flights and lunches are excluded unless otherwise stated. Rates may change without notice. The applicable rate is the one in effect at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation by the client

- Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before departure: 50% down payment.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: deposit not refunded.
- No-show: no refund.

5. Cancellation by Kédougou Tourism

In case of cancellation on our part due to force majeure (extreme weather conditions, political disturbances, epidemic, etc.), a full refund will be made or a postponement will be proposed according to availability.

6. Traveller's responsibility

The client is responsible for the validity of his/her passport, any required visas and recommended vaccinations. Kédougou Tourism strongly recommends the purchase of a travel insurance covering medical expenses and repatriation.

7. Responsibility of Kédougou Tourism

Kédougou Tourisme cannot be held liable for damages resulting from a case of force majeure, the behaviour of a third party or the customer himself. Our liability is limited to the amount of benefits purchased.

8. Means of payment

Payments are accepted by: Wave, Orange Money, Mastercard and international bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA).

9. Applicable law

These conditions are subject to Senegalese law. In the event of a dispute, a friendly solution will be sought as a matter of priority. Failing this, the competent courts in Kédougou, Senegal will be seized.
